same problem with sfc scan (TCPMON.ini) but a whole 24 hours without the blue screen and the reboot

sorry for the delay I was away for work. Now, I disabled the automatic updates from windows and I haven't had a blue screen since. I'll take a look at the procedure from your link and I'll let you know

Why disable windows updates?

That should be a solution though, when was the last time you installed windows 7 on this computer?
