Unidentified Network - DNS/default gateway problems from diagnostics

So, I have been trying to connect to the internet. The cable works fine on my other laptop.

When I try to either connect it directly to this computer, or to connect via an ad hoc connection, it says unidentified network. I got it running a while back by reseting some stuff after some internet research

(ipconfig /flushdns
netsh int reset all // netsh int ip reset ; netsh int tcp reset
netsh int ipv4 reset
netsh int ipv6 reset
netsh winsock reset)

and by using system restore and using a preferred DNS server address. Not sure which of these actions helped and eventually, it connected and identified the network. When I run diagnostics, it says thet either there is a problem with the DNS server address, or with the default gateway, or that a cable is not properly connected, even though I was connecting through the ad hoc connection, and not through a cable.

The IPCONFIG/ALL when I'm connected to the internet through a random wireless connection.

Code:
C:\Users\pc>ipconfig /all

Yes, the wire used to work, then the problem with the unidentified network appeared, couldn't identify the cause. I managed to solve it after trying to connect via the ad hoc connection.

The drivers are up to date.
