Uninstall or System Restore;Which Better To Delete WIN Update

The latest WIN 7 June Monthly Rollup seems to have caused an issue with my browsers slowing the loading of pages. Assuming that's the issue, is it preferable to first:
1.Uninstall the update; or to do a
2. System Restore?
Also, is it preferable to do either from Safe Mode or can I just do it from normal windows screen?

I know this can be posted under any number of topics (updates, browsers, performance & maintenance, backup & restore) but since it touches upon each of these issues, I thought I'd best post it here to cover all bases.

Any advantage/disadvantage to either option?

Uninstalling the update doesn't have any disadvantages, while using System Restore will remove some of the latestly installed programs. Either of the options you can do in normal boot, no need for Safe Mode.

Just an extra point to keep in mind is that using System Restore will probably mean that Update will appear again & unless you are looking for it, it might get installed again. Whereas uninstalling the Update will prevent it from reappearing.
