Solved unknown update at shutdown

Hello Folks. I'm cleaning up a laptop for a friend of mine and every time I shutdown I get a message saying an update is installing (1 of 1); how do I find out what it is and stop it as it is slowing down the shutdown severely.

I cleared the update history using a bat file and tutorial I found on this site and the problem is solved.
This forum is so useful don't know where I would be without it; probably in an asylum.
