UPDATE:
I believe I found the problem. My external (USB)Western Digital 3TB HDD for some reason was trying to take priority or at least it was turning off all my USB devices. I now have that plugged into a USB Hub and all is working perfectly!!! Thanks for all your help and suggestions!!!!
Everything works at start up (Boot Up) with in less than 15 seconds!!!! I'm a happy camper now....or should I say Gamer Now!!...
