I can't seem to get my mp3 player recognized on my laptop. I always get the message: "One of the USB devices has malfunctioned" , but when when I plugged into another computer before it worked. It worked on a Windows 8 desktop as well as a Windows 7 one. I also tried plugging into a laptop with 64bit Windows, i get the same problem. My device is a COBY mp620. Unfortunately the manufacturer's website went out of business, so I am unable to download any drivers/software for it. How is it that the computers before worked? And how do I get my laptop to recognize it?
