vista loading bars on w7? how to

I am trying to achieve the windows vista/late xp loading bars you see when booting on windows 7.

I have seen plenty of w7 machines do it, unsure how they set it up or if it was even just an accident.

i tried this already:" bcedit /set {current} bootux basic" in cmd as administrator
it does not work, it says the parameter is incorrect.

I've been trying to put together the perfect vista theme for 7 and am lacking only this
it looks like this, couldn't find a better pic

Did you try changing the locale ?

It Just typing errors,copy this command and paste in cmd: bcdedit /set {current} bootux basic
