Vsync gets turned off if I switch to classic theme

Hi,

I like to have my theme as Classic, but I have Windows 7 Ultimate, but Vsync gets turned off for some reasons, and all video gets this annoying lag-feel when you watch video with vsync turned off. How do I fix this?

I'm not absolutely sure about this but I think you have to use an Aero theme to be able to use Vsync. There are other features that require Aero.
