Does anyone have any suggestions about a w7 shell or theme that'll make my tablet more touch friendly?

It's a laptop convertible, I guess you'd call it - hptmxsomethingorother... I love love love this computer but it's rather tough to deal with the stock W7. I've tried rainmaster, I think it's called. Not bad, but not good enough..
