After being a long time chrome user i'm starting to like Mozilla Firefox. For one reason only the Customization!!!! Sure chrome has extensions but extensions/add ons suit Firefox much better. The browser isn't as slow (still no where near as fast as chrome) as i remember it and start up is just as fast as chrome.

My extensions i use are strata 40 with strata buddy, omni bar, fission, download status bar and tab progress bar.

Firefox all the way. Add-ons, bookmark sidebar, customization. I only use chrome for Youtube. I really can't stand not having the bookmark sidebar. As far as speed I don't get it. I have a dual monitor setup and I've run FF and chrome together loading the same sites and I didn't really notice any if much a speed advantage between them. Some sites loaded better on Chrome while others loaded faster on FF. I think the speed perception with Chrome is just in peoples heads. The only thing I know Chrome is faster in is initial loading. I can wait a couple extra seconds to have all the customization I get with FF vs Chrome.

Firefox is great and I'm not trying to get you do use anything but what you prefer.

That being said, do you mean this bookmark sidebar?

You can sync the bookmarks from any browser.

Yes, I like to have a bookmark sidebar displayed on my browser. I can have the option to open or close it if I need more screen space. I don't like going through my bookmarks through a drop down style menu. It's annoying to me.
