What is HSB134... pop-up on startup?

Every since I disabled my unused Guest acct., I get an HSB134... pop-up on most startups?
It only lasts for 1/4sec, so I haven't been able to get a Print Screen-

It is a gray box in middle of screen that says HSB134... (Too fast, and I couldn't see the rest of the string), with an OK? button, and I "assume" a NO... button.

I've run CCleaner, and JV Powertools lite (Advanced).
Full negative anti-virus scans with EAM/ MBAM/NOD32 online, and Kaspersky Anti-Rootkit.
Windows Error Reporting is empty.

Any idea of what this pesky pop-up box is, and how to get rid of it (computer is running good)?

not specifically a bad thing since it's apparently processing straight through anyhow, if it's hiding some where it's hiding in your startup items though.
I don't recognize the code off the top of my head though so I can't say what specific app it would be.

Are you familiar with using msconfig?

type msconfig in the search box and hit enter
You can tick/untick items under the startup tab to try and root out which one is it specifically.
You can safely remove (untick) everything from here without killing the computer though whatever app is unticked will not automatically launch on boot anymore. (very few actually need to in order to work)
Do Not alter running services from msconfig.
I don't even know why they put that feature there in the first place.

You will generally expect to see more items in the list than in this specific example.
