I use Microsoft Security Essentials 4 along with the occasional scan with Malwarebytes Antimalware. I also use Windows Firewall and common sense
Also, NEVER have more than 1 realtime antivirus software on your pc. It looks like you have several. You need to remove all except Microsoft Security Essentials. Sometimes they can conflict and reduce your protection.

I don't search for and use any pirated software, and I don't download music and movies
I leave UAC enabled and use the Windows firewall
I run Microsoft Security Essentials
I occasionally scan with MalwareBytes
I run Spyware Blaster from time to time (Although I don't think it really does anything)

I don't click links on websites or facebook for free stuff, look at this outrageous photo, click to see how embarrased this person is, etc.

Sandboxie is very useful and more or less allows a person to have no common sense. I don't have very much of it myself. However, even a person with lots of common sense can't always tell where the next link might lead. Sandboxie allows all types of user to browse freely.
