What this "Crystal Disk Mark" statistic telling?

Hello!
I just installed "Crystal Disk Mark" in my PC and run its scan then it show this statistic? What "Crystal Disk Mark" this statistic mean?

• I never used this program.

If you know all mention statistics in that screen shot please explain me.

The program should have come with some sort of documentation. I see "Help" right on the main screen. I suggest starting there.

The numbers refer to read/write speeds of the disk in MB/s as shown at the top of the column. You chose 5 passes of 50 MB transfers in 4 different modes.
Top row - all at once sequentially
Bottom 3 rows - transferred in a random fashion at the packet lengths shown.

I use the data as a relative measure only.
The trends are what you would expect. A Sata drive (?) giving moderate sequential R/W performance. But as the packets get smaller and the heads move around all over the place the R/W performance drops off substantially.
