Where is the Media Center install folder?

I'm trying to figure out where the media center folder is.
I deleted it from the Start menu>all programs and want to put it back.

Just enter that into a shortcut and it should work

Now I know where it is.
When I right click the icon and attempt to move it to make a shortcut in the Accessories folder in the Start menu it refuses to do it.

Any reason why I can't make a shortcut in Start>All Programs>Accessories ?

Try making the shortcut onto the desktop and then moving the shortcut to the start menu

Parts of the start menu are security protected and can be a pain to drag and drop into

You should be able to open the actual folders by right click on all programs and Open / open all users
