while shutting down windows 7 it bsod

hello all i need some help, i have many bsod on my new gameing computer but 1 of them is when i shut down my computer ever nite it says shutting down then dam it turns off super fast then when i star it up its like it bsod while shutting down it says your computer did not shut down properly any thoughts

If you're overclocking, set everything back to standard settings, and test for a while
