Softmaker Free Office recently installed on Win7 PC. Decided to uninstall. Tried to use Windows built in uninstall but Free Office did not appear in its list of Programs. Then tried other uninstallers IObit, Revo, etc. None of them found Free Office.
I could go to x86 Folder and simply delete the sub folder there containing Free Office.
But am concerned that might leave a host of registry entries which would be better removed and which I am very hesitant about playing with.
Ideas anyone?

Hi, install the software again and then use Revo Portable in advance mode.
In advance mode it will find all things associated to that software that you select and even show all Registry entries.
You could even run Ccleaner after it if you want.

Excellent Solution

Have put many progs on USB's but never Revo.
Followed your suggestion and it worked like a charm. Greatly appreciate your advice.

Now, if only you could have given the English Cricket team advice when they last played at the WACA ........

Thanks again

Richard

Hey Richard, servicing computers means you carry a lot of Portable software.
Sorry about the Cricket even though I don't follow it or any Football.
Anything with wheels for me.
