Since I'd already linked Clean Reinstall Windows 7 it's too bad you didn't follow it like a million others have who now have the best installs of WIn7 possible. Instead you reimported the HP bloatware as though missing the entire point of it being a clean install.
You'd also know the difference between drivers and full software packages. I'm not going to repeat the tutorial steps you ignored but the drivers should first come from Windows Updates and only after they are all done should any still missing in Device Manager be imported - usually no more than one or two. Software should only be imported if missing a needed function.
So I'm not sure why you came here for help and then completely ignored the whole point of going to all the trouble for a reinstall, making it twice the job with half the results.
