Solved Win 7 64 bit downloads library gone?

I moved a file from downloads to Documents by clicking (send to) then I noticed the Downloads file was missing? I ran sfc/scannow which found corrupted files and repaired them but after a restart the Download library was still missing.Ive tried some other things but cant remember exactly what. Any ideas I could try to fix this?

Have you tried opening windows explorer, right clicking Libraries (on the left), and clicking on Restore Default Libraries?

No I havent tried that but I just did and it didnt work?

Exactly where was this Downloads folder? Was it in this directory: Users [acct name]
I think you can make New Folder in there, and rename it Downloads
If you successfully moved a file from Downloads to Documents, perhaps that Downloads folder is in there.
I remembered that there are two Documents location, one just under Libraries, and one under [acct name].
I'm hoping to remember where I saw a thread similar to this one...will post back if I find it, and if it has a solution.

I found it on C/: highlighted it and clicked new library! Thanks for the idea.
