Solved Win 7 home premium download ?

Hello : I have a Win 7 home premium dvd , but If I try and repair windows 7 , I get a error that the installed windows is newer that the disc , and will not continue .. Ideas ? . I had to replace the hard drive since it had errors , and Now windows update is corrupt , I tried SFC / scannow and it says there are errors in the file system, that can't be repaired ., Thanks
