Win 7 Start/Shutdown Times

If a computer is in "prime/tuned" shape, what should be the average startup and shutdown time ?

I realize there may be factors like number of programs running, etc, but just curious about an average time.

My Win 7/HomePremium/32bit/Sony Vaio is currently taking about 20-25 sec on startup and sometimes about 30-33 sec on shutdown. I was concerned about the shutdown time. I use selective startup with only minimal programs.

HD or SSD?

SSD's usually take about 25-30 sec. startup and 10-15 seconds shutdown
