Solved Win Clean opinion?

I keep seeing a USB Plug in on QVC which is supposed to revitalize your PC [Clean Registry, etc.]
My question is: Are there any very negative opinions regarding this device; if so, I will not consider it.

There`s no need for it, if you have issues with your PC, clean it up yourself or just do a clean install.
