Hello!

I have a problem with searching new updates - i've get error code 0x80070002 every time i try it.

When i try run "sfc /scannow" - there is an error "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair".

In checksur.log there is no errors, but in CBS.log there is strange (at least for me:) ) errors in COMPONENTS registry hive. I find error branch, but i don't know what to do with it. Please, help!

Link to COMPONENTS hive - download

Sorry for my English

This is the first error message in your CBS.log file...
Code:
2015-02-26 14:53:30, Error                 CSI    00000004 (F) STATUS_OBJECT_NAME_NOT_FOUND #34136# from Windows::Rtl::SystemImplementation::DirectRegistryProvider::SysOpenKey(flg = (AllowAccessDenied), key = {provider=NULL, handle=0}, da = (KEY_READ|DELETE|KEY_WOW64_64KEY), oa = @0x10fec90->OBJECT_ATTRIBUTES {s:48; rd:NULL; on:[196]"\Registry\Machine\COMPONENTS\DerivedData\VersionedIndex\6.1.7601.17592 (win7sp1_gdr.110408-1631)\ComponentFamilies\msil_smsv\u00c3host.resources_b03f5f7f11d50a3a_ru-ru_f661473c94190411\v\u00a16.1.760\u00b1.22126"; a:(OBJ_CASE_INSENSITIVE)}, disp = Unmapped disposition: 17820720 (0x010fec30))[gle=0xd0000034]
....

I need to have a look at your COMPONENTS registry hive

Please copy the C:\Windows\System32\config\COMPONENTS file (no extension) to your desktop and then compress it - upload the compressed file to your favoured fileshare site (preferably Dropbox or OneDrive) and post a link.

Duh - sorry!

Looking at the content of the file, there's a huge gap in the content :( The entire content of AMD64 ComponentFamilies entries is missing, and one of the remaining ones has corruption that I can't fix.

I rather think that your only options are a repair install, or a clean install.
