Windows 7 64bit boot time increased dramatically suddenly

I've attached a series of screenshots of the Event Log to explain the series of events that have lead to the current issue.

I did a fresh install of Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit upgrade and everything was fine and dandy. My startup times were ~21 seconds which is illustrated in the first attachment.

Attachments 2 and 3 show the point (2/6 over the course of 30 mins) when my startup times went from 21 seconds to 111 seconds, almost a 5x increase. Around this time (I dont remember which came first) my computer started shutting down without warning or error and windows would not start up - it would hang at various stages. One time the motherboard splash screen, other times the windows start screen. I thought my power supply had died but before I could buy a new one I got everything working, aside from the longer startup times. This period in time is illustrated by attachment 4 which shows a series of 500/501 Warnings.

Attachment 5 shows the current state of things, which produces an error every time the computer starts up because it takes so long.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what could have gone wrong? I dont notice any negative performance except for the start up times and I have had no more random shutdowns since that 2/3 day period in February.

I have no bloatware installed and everything I've installed since reformatting has been to one of the WD 640GB Black hdds instead of the Intel SSD.

Thats some of what I found. Most seem to point to either graphics drivers or repair installs as a solution.

p.s. you could also see if there are any firmware updates for the ssd. Or maybe try a sfc/scannow to look for/repair system files.

How close did you come to the steps to get a perfect Clean Reinstall?

If not then I'd do it over.
