FIXED: In device manager under network adapters. I had my Onboard LAN, My wireless USB and a network connection for virtual box I uninstalled ALL of them + drivers and and pulled the wireless stick from the USB and rebooted. Only thing in device manager under network now is the onboard lan and the red x is gone and my speed seems to be back.
