We are active... Very much so... There are just many out there asking for help. I alone have >30 threads ongoing in which I try to help. Others here, better than I, much more... I'm on an iPAD now so cannot analyse but promise to get to you in the morning (my morning...:) )

Hello Charles, welcome to SF... as promised, I had a look...

If this is a 4 day old machine that you bought from a shop that also did the W7 install for you.... go back and have it fixed. I doubt it is hardware... the W7 install, specially the updates needed are wholly messed up + you seem to have a licensing problem. Not sure of that though as I'm missing some info, including a dump.

You don't have minidump creation on... we need those to really see what is happening + I see you've installed windbg and tools yourself... so you'll need it to for that to be usefull..

Drivers seem uptodate as can be expected with such a new system.

If you only bought hardware and did the W7 install yourself... well something went very wrong there.... In that case I'd try a new, clean install:

In this situation I'd be hot-footing it back to the reseller for a refund or exchange as it's obviously been sold as not fit for purpose - money back or new computer - that should be the bottom line.

As for the perceived response times Charles, don't forget this forum reaches all parts of the world so you have to consider several factors: time differences, number of people logged in, whether they work or are retired (like me) and indeed if they have the knowledge to answer a query.

Wrong information is worse than no information. ;)

Well I did not buy from a shop or reseller. Brand new from walmart fresh out of box never opened.

Any other suggestions to fix this problem?

Have you followed these? What were the results? I don't see a dump uploaded yet?

Walmart is not a shop? Doesn't have to honor warranty?

Have you tried running in Safe mode?
