I really have no idea why the hell this is happening. First It happened while I was playing Left4Dead 2 and I was like no sweat, and went to bed. Then It BSOD'd after I opened a program, then after restarting anything I do involving a program causes a BSOD, I run safe mode just fine but eveything just BSOD's. I tried reinstalling windows 7 and that did nothing at all. It might have had something to do with me unsitalling a PCI fax driver.

UPDATE: I found out its definately something to do with my graphics card, apparantly these three files are the ones causing the BSOD's, nvlddmkm.sys, dxgmms1.sys, and dxgkrnl.sys, with dxgkrnl.sys being the main problem. I can install stuff and do basic work, but anything that uses DirectX or Nvdia causes a crash, I dunno ifts its the card or the drivers, someone help!

I uploaded the dumpfile, please help.

Hi. It's a 0x116 error.

Check the bios for a Plug and Play setting. Set it to yes if there's one.

Make sure you're using latest video drivers and motherboard drivers.

If you're overclocking anything, stop.

Adjust the system RAM Vdimm (voltage), timings and frequency to what is recommended by the maker, in the bios. Visit their page for the specific RAM modules.
Use the spd tab of CPU-Z to find out which you have.

Test how it goes. If still crashes, use a large room fan blowing on the inside of the case to test if it happens like this.

Update these old drivers or if unimportant, then uninstall them:
