windows 7 BSOD minidump ntoskrnl.exe

hi all sorry to make my first post a problem but here it is......

i have windows 7 x64 installed on this rig>

Motherboard Name DFI Infinity CFX3200-M2/G
CPU Type DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 3000 MHz (15 x 200) 6000+
Module Name OCZ OCZ25334096VDC-K x2 (4gb)
Video Adapter ATI Radeon HD 4890 1GB GDDR5

have all the latest drivers installed
running kaspersky KIS

problem:

when ever i play a game the computer will blue screen and do a memory dump it can happen with in 20min to 1 hour...... of going in game the computer is not getting hot as i put all the fans up to full ball while playing and it still did it....

things i have done to try and fix it...
tried setting the power management to high performance (read up on this forum..)
going to an older driver tried 9.10

p.s

the computer was running xp with out a hitch no blue screens for as long as i can remember (over 3 years on that os)

most recent minidumps uploaded as they are most relevant winddbg leads to ntoskrnl.exe.....


thanks in advance.... if i cant solve this i guess its back to windows xp for now

Start with this:

H/W Diagnostics:
Please start by running these hardware diagnostics:
Memory Diagnostics (read the details at the link)
HD Diagnostic (read the details at the link)

Also, please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Malware (read the details at the link)

Next, try this (because Internet Security apps will sometime cause issues that aren't always easily visible):

Anti-Virus Removal
Please do the following:
- download a free antivirus for testing purposes: Free AntiVirus
- uninstall the Kaspersky Internet Security from your system
- remove any remnants of Kaspersky Internet Security using this free tool: Service messages
- IMMEDIATELY install and update the free antivirus
- check to see if this fixes the BSOD's

Please update these older drivers:

rt61.sys     Mon Mar 10 00:17:38 2008

Have you checked the fan on the video card?
Have you checked to make sure air flow is getting through the cooler on the video card?
Have you checked to make sure that you have the latest certified driver for Win7 for the video card?
Remove the Riva Tuner software while we're troubleshooting this issue (I don't think that there's an update for it).

memtest comes back clean
hard drives tested ok

this problem has been going on before i installed Riva tuner

also all fans work fine i can get the computer down to cpu:35c and gpu: 30c idle so that means the thermal past is still good to......

something else i have noticed it does not matter if the computer is under load or idling in a pause menu.......... it still bsod.....

i have also attached an Everest report minus user info and the event viewer as the event viwer was huge if you wont to see it tell me and ill find a way to post it

p.s ill be playing games all tomorrow and ill try and get more mini-dumps and more info

Riva Tuner is outdated - there's no assurance that it's Win7 compatible.
If it worked before for you - that's great.
But what if there was a Windows Update or some other addition to your system that conflicts with it now?

Have you updated the rt61.sys driver yet?
Have you removed the Kaspersky yet?
