How do I "sign" drivers in 64 bit? I go to Device Manager and it says my LBP 3000 USB printer is working properly, BUT when I right click on Properties, then I click on Driver it says that the driver has not been Digitally Signed.

You don't sign the driver. Provider / MS does.

You will see that a lot of times where you simply click on the "continue anyways" option when a driver lacks a digital signature. Generally that's when trying to install an older 3rd device driver for an addon device like a printer, scanner, tv tuner card where it an XP or early Vista version.

Often the right click on the printer icon seen in the "Devices and Printers" will show if the latest version is installed when running a search from there. Sometimes after a reboot and starting and canceling a few test prints you'll suddenly start seeing the printer come to life.

You first will need to know the model number as well as socket type which would be a Socket 775 model. Most Gigabytes boards start off with a "GA" at the beginning of the model number itself. GIGABYTE - Support&Download - Motherboard - Driver

The manual for the board itself if on a custom made machine will have the number there. If you don't have that a free system information tool is available for download at SIW | System Information for Windows by Gabriel Topala

I am currently having problems installing a on board sound driver, I have tried the compatibility modes and everything but it won't work. I think I need drivermax but the thing is I just reformatted my computer so I can't get those other drivers back..

Windows updates! With any fresh install of Windows look for the optional hardware and software updates listed as well as the MS updates for Windows. Fall 2008 Original Realtek High Definition Audio Driver 6.0.1.5657 Select software and drivers 

That page shows all updates for the 32bit Vista available at the HP/CompaQ support site.

Once you have 7 on with the download updates option checked off you run the Windows update for the larger number of drivers as well Windows updates available. Look over the optional hardware/software updates before clicking on the download/install button. That can help find a good deal of the basics.

But My Computer .. Don't Needs any Drive But the Windows Update .. it's Upragde some drives like Graphic Card
IMO Windows Se7en it's Better than Any Windows i Tried
and Most of VistA drives Works on 7
............

You'll find out that most Vista updates for hardwares and softwares installed on 7 will work without a second glance there. I know that one well just with the tv tuner card as well as installed sound card as well as the video card.

That includes those for the 64bit as well as 32bit Vista. I went through of that when the beta builds were first available trying to get everything running. I'm posting this from the Virtual PC RC now out where I'm running the 32bit 7 RC on a vhd there. You see Windows only updates there however.

Wished I knew about DriverMax before installed Windows 7. I'm having problems with the built in drivers for my Panasonic camcorder which worked just fine with XP and Vista built in drivers. Wondered if somebody would be kind enough to email me the following driver files from a Vista installation so i could try them. Thanks in advance

My network card will not be detected by windows 7 64 bit.
Drivermax didn't work importing the XP driver. I have googled 3 days, nothing.

During the drivermax export from win xp, it said the driver was not signed. Could be that the problem? Please anybody could confirm if I need another network adapter?

The card is an ENCORE 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet PCI Adapter
