Windows 7 Error

The problem may be as simple as: This software was programmed for Windows XP only. The msvcrt.dll is used by programmers for their software to run correctly. There are many many versions of that DLL. My bet is the software is using an older version so it needs to copy it to the "system32" folder because it thinks it needs to be there. Windows 7 is doing its job and protecting your system by not letting it over write the one you have which most likely is newer. The newer version may work, but in many cases if the software is written with an old complier or written in an old style the software will only work with the msvcrt.dll that is provide with the software. - Just a thought.

1.Again boot into safe mode,run Process Hacker

Go to
Hacker>>Save ->save as *.txt file and log attache to post

2.Download handle Handle

and place handle.exe in C:\Windows\System32

In safe mode type following command in cmd.exe

handle -a >%userprofile%\Desktop\handle.txt

On your desktop appear handle.txt -.this file also attache to post

Is not showing the handle.txt when i type handle -a >%userprofile%\Desktop\handle.txt

Nop same problem, my only suggestion is for someone to download the app i want to install and try it out on a WIN7 x32 system if it works then is my windows if not then is WIN7

I tested on all my virtual machines and I can't replace this file in safe mode too.It is only possible by using Win7 installation disk or any liveCD i.e any linux.Please burn any livecd linux i.e Ubuntu Ubuntu Home Page | Ubuntu burn,boot it and do required operation.

I have not been able to replace it in safe mode or admin mode nothing .DLL is lways in use by another file system ok ill try that one.

Yes,as I said it any previous post I've installed it both in Win7 x32 and Win7 x64.I didn't have any problem to install it.Replacing file didn't solve problem ?

Again reinstall OS but do not install any drivers and applications! -only again attempt again install File Transfer ...

Bro that i did then i just installed the other apps so is just very weird.
