Windows 7 Home Premium (64Bit) Startup Repair Loop

Good afternoon.

I read through the forums for help regarding a startup repair loop.

Every forum lead me to this website, or tutorial:

I've tried almost everything on there, except a factory recovery because I have too many valuable things in my computer that I would end up losing if I do so.

Is there a way to fix this situation?

I've tried:

Several times but it doesn't work.

Multiple times, leaving the last step out and it doesn't work.

I'm not sure what I have to do in order to fix this.

It started yesterday around 6AM, computer restarted on its own, I thought it was just a simple restart. Went to sleep, woke up with this startup repair loop.
It's the same as most of the posts regarding this issue, mine is CorruptFile.

What were the results of SFC -SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot?

Is this factory preinstalled Win7? If so you may be suffering from the corruption inherent with all of the preinstalled crapware and useless OEM utilities which have much better versions built into Win7. Most tech enthusiasts wouldn't even run such an install without Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Getting and maintaining a perfect reinstall is better than getting a new computer.

The results of the SFC -SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot?....
I don't remember the results, but I did follow the instructions through that tutorial and found that it still lead me to the startup repair loop.
I had 0 bad files? I'm not sure if that's the right answer, sorry not that great with computers as you can tell T_T

Is my only option to do a clean reinstall? Is there any other way?

If it is my only option, is there a way I can move all of my files into a external hard drive without having access to them through a normal startup?

If you're not sure the results of that step then do it over.

If you had actually worked your way through the tutorial and completed each step until the last to Recover or Reinstall, then you would know how to copy your files out to external.

If not then ask back any questions to get the steps done.

Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

Ran it twice using both methods just in case and got the same results.

As for the external hard drive, yes I know how to do it but I don't want to resort to it T_T

Is there any other way to fix this problem or is that my only option?

Does the Repair utility on DVD/CD see a Win7 installation? Have you tried marking Active both the 100mb SysReserved if you have it and the Win7 partition itself to run the 3 Startup Repairs with reboots in between them?

It will help greatly if you can post back a camera snap of the Partition Wizard drive map and listings: Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums - Windows 7 Forums

There are a few other extraordinary steps we can try if you're sure you tried everything else in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot:

If you have no 100mb System partition, you can create one to see if a new boot partition will overcome corruption blocking repair of Win7 partition. Resize C from the left by 200mb using Partition Wizard Move/Resize Partition Video Help,

Then create a NTFS Primary partition there labeled System Reserved: Partition Wizard Create Partition Video Help, mark it Active :How to Set Active/Inactive partition -Partition Wizard Video Help.

Then run Startup Repair - Run 3 Separate Times to write the System boot files to the Active partition.
