I'm a little confused here - the errors I see in the CBS.log file indicate that the problem is that the machine is attempting to install SP1, yet indications are that SP is already installed :p.

Can you confirm the status one way or the other?

Sure! I actually tried installing SP1, was just doing some random troubleshooting.. Obviously, throwing everyone off.

I'm not sure whats causing the service to not work.. I've verified that they were all running and restarted and nada.

Perhaps I should try again and upload a new cbs?

No - let's have a look at the event logs...

Open Event Viewer

click on theWindows logs entry in the left pane to expand it.

Now click on theApplication entry - wait while it loads.

Click on 'File'in the menu bar and select Save...

Save the file asAppevt.evtx

Repeat for theSystem log

then zip both,and upload them.

You have problems with two internet-related services:
1) WinHttpAutoProxySvc - it's reaching time-out
2) Logmein Kernel Information Provider - file not found

The second is often seen after the free Logmein has been uninstalled
I'm not familiar with the first at all -
A timeout (30000 milliseconds) was reached while waiting for a transaction response from the WinHttpAutoProxySvc service.
... but a quick Google search shows it often to be associated with malware.

There are only a couple of problems in the Applications log - apart from the usual mass of errors from Apple's Bonjour service.

If you're not using iTunes (presumably - Bonjour comes with many things Apple :() for music storage/purchases, then I recommend uninstalling it completely - there are much better ways to be able to play the same files.

Please downloadand install Malwarebytes Anti-malware(free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/- UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM Premium' at the end of the installation- and update it, then run a fullscan in your main account, and Quickscans in any other user accounts.

Quarantineeverything it finds
