Windows 7 installation problems with new hard drive

What Default Resets are offered on the Exit tab in BIOS?

I think your next step is to try the USB flash install formatting first the UEFI stick with UEFI boot enabled, then if necessary formatting the stick for MBR using Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool.

You can also try burning another disk with the tool above with a fresh ISO.

Get some sleep and check back with me tomorrow. I'll be here all day.

I don't have a large enough USB flash drive, how ever i have a Micro SD card with 32gb capacity, could i set that as the boot device if the ISO is put onto it?

You can try it to see if it shows up in the Boot Menu once its properly formatted.

Did you notice how you just ignored my first question? Do you have someone there who can help you?

Sorry,in the Exit menu, i have
Exit Saving Changes
Exit Discarding Changes
Load Setup Defaults
Discard Changes
Save Changes.

How would i go about making the SD card bootable?

Just like a flash stick, I guess. I've never used one.

What happened when you Load Setup Defaults per Troubleshoot Windows 7 Installation Failures - Windows 7 Help Forums or did you ignore those steps too which solve almost every installation problem here?

I am almost certain in this case that one of the skipped steps will be the fix. It always happens this way when someone stubbornly will not be thorough even when clearly stated steps are given. The successful troubleshooter methodically checks off every last step.
