Windows 7 laptop stuck at "Starting Windows" screen

Hi,

My laptop stuck at Starting Windows screen.

I tried rebooting in safe mode but stops at one of the sysfile.
Tried System Repair but that did not work. I tried chkdsk also, it identified and fixed some bad sectors but after that also Startup Repair tried to fix but at the end came up with the message that "Startup Repair cannot repair this computer automatically".

Any inputs will be very much appreciated.
