Windows 7 not rebooting, (I have tried all the tools)

Hey guys,

I started having problem with my laptop a few days ago, it refuses to start.
The screen with windows picture appear, but it actually never load.

Its now automatically going to start up repair, a blue screen appear and then nothing, I can only see the mouse.

After that, I use the "f10 tools”, and I try to access the 3 type of safe mode, but none of them actually loaded.
Also tried last know good configuration.

At the end I try to reboot using the manufacturer cd, "system recovery media". So I selected the language and country, after that nothing.
