Solved Windows 7 on 7th Gen Laptop

I want to downgrade my Windows 10 Laptop to Windows 7 though I can't cause every time I boot up the USB the Boot Screen freezes. Any Fixes?

Welcome to the forum. It would help if you give system specs.
Before you try you need to make sure you can get drivers for win 7 if not you could be in trouble. Often there is a lot of hoops to jump through to get modern hardware to run 7

You could run win7 as a virtual pc

I know but I wanted to run Windows 7 on a real PC instead of a VM

Make a disk image before you do anything so you can role back is it fails. If its not booting it could be your in uefi mode and secure boot is on and the boot maay need drivers adding if you have things like usb3

Correctly identifying your Dell laptop and its hardware would be helpful.
What is the exact 7-character "service tag" number on it?

Win 7 on a 7th gen Kaby lake shouldn't be very difficult.
- Add the SATA, USB3.x and NVMe (if it has one) drivers to the Win 7 installation files.
Update your Win 7 installation media
- To use the Intel graphics you need to tweak the Intel driver installation file
