Windows 7 on Latest Ryzen Laptops?

I am looking for the latest AMD Ryzen 7 or 9 laptop I can put Win 7 on. I have been using surplus i7 Gen 3 & 4 laptops exclusively since they were bleeding edge and was unaware the roadblock to Win 7 on the latest, greatest hardware was simply slip-streaming USB 3 drivers into the install media.

I am an old H/W guy but a total newb to this particular hack. Back when I tried putting Win 7 on early tablets there were thermal issues, is this an issue for laptops?

Any other issues with performance from the the multidinous cores?

Check canonkong on win raid. Many people are using ryzen desktops successfully with win 7. Dont know if laptop motherboards add extra restrictions.
