Windows 7 Problem Focussing Image

Hi, I haven't used MSN Messenger for a while and when I came to use it today it was acting strangely. I had just got past the Desktop gadgets turning invisible and now Messenger is focussing really strangely.
I used FRAPS to capture it in video and it's here on my Youtube.

My Power Director 9 Is also acting odd with the video preview not seeming to interlace properly (Looks like 3D) and is Green which seems to me like a bad codec, But all output video plays just fine it is just the editing preview and all previews within PD9. Also my Intellipoint Magnifyer on my Mouse is a bit skiddish, jumping and not smooth.
I have recently upgated to W7 SP1...Have also updated to AMD Catalyst 11-6, Everything else seems fine.
Any help appreciated as always.

your using MSN messanger? If so upgrade to windows live messanger.
Or to be very safe get amsn a alternative to messanger here

Sorry I am using windows live messanger, it just seemed like a lot to type. As I said I rarely use it but do have all friends and family members on there. To switch would mean them all switching. Appreciate help though thanks.

You can use your msn account on amsn they don't have to switch

hsve you tried reinstalling wlm? Maybe a corrupted install. If not I strongly recommend amsn, no ads or any bloatware with amsn. Plus it's faster
