I think it is RAM because of the results from Memtest. Whether it is a compatibility problem or bad RAM. I don't know. I will ask the hardware guys to take a look at this thread. I am not an expert with RAM.

Your latest dump shows error code 19, BAD_POOL_HEADER, which is usually caused by a device driver. I see one outdated driver on your system:
intelsmb.sys Wed May 13 03:31:00 2009 - System Management Bus 2.0 (SMBus) Driver is a driver file from Intel Corporation belonging to Intel(R) SMBus Controller. http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Default.aspx

It's been a couple of days, hope you got the problem figured out.

If not, download CPUZ and post the CPU, Mainboard, Memory and SPD tabs.

Once we can see your exact RAM settings and recommended settings (SPD), a couple adjustments may be able to get this running better.
Looks like you saw some improvement when you changed the timings, did you also change the frequency?

Also, go into your BIOS and tell us what the DRAM and IMC voltages are.

Your motherboard recommended RAM list is found at Memory/Device Support: http://www.asus.com/product.aspx?P_ID=RBA8CzWoopUlYRFZ#

It looks like you have 2X2GB RAM, two cards, if this is correct they should in DIMM (blue) slots A1 and B1, as per page 2-18 of your Asus motherboard manual.

If you have been running the RAM in slots A1 and A2, this shouldn't cause crashes but will be in single channel mode, putting them in slots A1 and B1 will be Dual channel mode.

Let us know your progress or if you have found a solution.

Your RAM settings are a little strange, is this RAM on your motherboard compatibility list?

It's 1600MHz RAM but doesn't say that on the SPD tabs.
Usually the SPD tab info is closer to standard settings, these are between standard settings, 609 ie 1218MHz.

Try setting the first four RAM timings manually at the JEDEC #3 settings of 7-7-7-16, and the command rate at 2. Leave the rest on auto.

Make sure the RAM cards are in slots A1 and B1.

Run memtest86+ as in this tutorial:

If you get errors you can stop the test and let us know what errors you have.

Good decision on getting compatible RAM, it will be much better in the long run.
Sometimes you can get non-compatible RAM to run, but will have isssues popping up all the time.

What is the brand and part number of the RAM you ordered?

Let us know how it's running when you get it.
