BIOS only shows 1 SATA drive. Are the other two drives also SATA or are they PATA (IDE)?

Unplug all but WIn7 HD, plug it into SATA1 port or DISK0. Make sure it's set to boot in BIOS setup after CD/DVD drive.

First try booting into Safe Mode with Networking to install, update and run a full scan with Malwarebytes

If Safe Mode is not working, download, burn to CD or write to flash stick, boot and run a full scan with Microsoft Standalone System Sweeper.

Once the System is clean, boot into System Recovery Options via the F8 menu or disk as shown in tutorial, run Startup Repair repeatedly no matter what it reports up to 3 times. Post back results.

If this fails, try System Restore from Recovery Options list, then if that fails open a Command Line to run SFC -SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot.

As a last resort you can Explore C with free Partition Wizard bootable CD, make sure C or the 100mb System Reserved partition (preferred) is marked Active, then click on HD to highlight it, from Disk tab select Rebuild MBR, Apply. If Windows 7 doesn't start and you restored Active flag, run Startup Repair 3 Separate Times.

If these all fail you can copy out your data using your Windows 7 DVD or Repair CD: Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console or Paragon Rescue CD.
System Repair Disc - Create

Then run Factory Recovery from its partition or disks you made or order from Tech Support, or find a Windows 7 installation DVD to clean reinstall using Product Key on COA sticker: Clean Reinstalling Windows 7

@Ztruker
They are all three connected with SATA cables. In last picture BIOS shows 2 Hard drives and what about first picture through Windows 7 install CD ?

@gregrocker

Do you think the drive failed? Open up your case and make sure it has power and is actually spinning. Also maybe try swapping to a different SATA port

there you go, problem solved. it looks like the HD failed. I'm not sure what your options are now as far as retrieving data off the disk, but go ahead and do a clean install of windows on one of your good HDD's. think about getting a SSD if you can, i just installed one this past Saturday and it's well worth the money :geek:

Test the HD with maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan. Use Data Lifeguard DOS ISO burned to CD for WD HD's.

Make sure the correct HD is set to boot first in BIOS setup.

What are the results of attempting Startup Repair and other tests I gave you from the DVD Repair console or Repair CD? System Recovery Options
