windows anytime upgrade canada

Hello all, I recently purchased an upgrade from windows 7 home prem(64) to Windows 7 ultimate(64). i simply right clicked on "my computer"---"properties"---then clicked on the upgrade windows button(i think it said "try a new version of windows" or something like that.) ON the website it took me too i chose to upgrade to ultimate, paid with my credit card, got a reciept emailed to me with the product code and updated...no problem.

1 week later i tried to do the same with my laptop and was told that the site was ofline or something like that and to try again. I then inputed the same key as i purched for my main computer not thinking it would work and to my surprise it did and i downloaded ultimate for my laptoop as well. The next day i tried to purchase a product code again and now i cannot seem to find where to go. When i go to anytime upgrade for canada it doesnt give me an option to buy, just compare. sometimes i get brought to the USA website where i can purchase it but i have no option to enter a canadian address in the address section. In fact if i do a search for anytime upgrade i always get brought to the US site and not the canadian one.

I deleted all my cookies that i can tell with windows cleanup. i also checked my language settings in both windows and internet exporer and they are both set to canada.

I dont know why i could download it one day and not the next.

any ideas

Try going to history, by clicking favorites. You can get a listing by date or alpphabetically of sites visited. I think that you can do the inplace ingrade only once per machine. I further think that if you just use and enjoy your laptop, after 30 days you will get a notice that your number was incorrect. You will get a number to call and get a correct number.
