If you took the machine to a tech for hardware issues i would say that they aren't resolved. I would take it back to the tech. What flexible cable? What does the BSOD say exactly, short of the code?

yup, technician say, that he just change the flexible cable (from motherboard to lcd) for display

yup, BSOD code :

0x0000007e "SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED"
0x00000050 "PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA"
0x0000000a "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"
0x0000001a "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT"

0x000000etc many more

everytime restart error randomly, not same.

If you previously took it to a tech I would take it back. He might have left something lose or something needs replacing.
