The solution to the problem might depend on whether it's Windows issuing the error (denoting a system level problem) or a specific program issuing the error (denoting an issue only with a particular program). So, it would be good to find that out and post up the error when you receive it again for us to try and determine that.
It happened again but no message this time. My screen became black for a sec and then aero was disabled. I guess windows will create a log file for this, so I'll check for them ^^
