Once my computer loads I try to use anything on my taskbar or to search using the start menu but upon trying any of these things the explorer will completely freeze and eventually crash to two error messages about being unable to find specific memory locations for different programs, after this windows seems to crash to a black screen.

One of the crashes ended in a BSOD (which did NOT create a minidump), I did manage to get a picture of the screen though and the crash code if F4.

Please note startup recovery doesn't fix this.

Loading windows in safe mode stops the fault.

Also another thing to note is I do not have any recovery points so this isn't an option.

I am using Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit.

If hardware information is needed please specify so.

Your awesome for reading this.
Sorry for late reply, my system started to work again after a while but has now gotten back to the state mentioned.

Here's what I have tried:

-Both the methods you have provided, neither have worked I'm afraid. The log is attached as requested.

-I have also tried numerous virus scans including an AVG windows rescue command line one which seemed to clear a couple of things but the problem still persists.

-I've also tried checking for disk/memory errors using Chkdsk and Memtest. Chkdsk seemed to fix a few things and also came up saying there were a few things it couldn't fix. There were no memory errors and my memory seems fine and working.

Also please note that shortly before the freeze programs often close, I am unable to open new programs and it often appears as if they're being shut immediately after being opened. I cannot open task manager at all either.

Still receiving this issue even after removing all viruses/malware etc from my PC. The problem doesn't seem to be consistent though as my computer was working fine yesterday after using AVG rescue to do a command line virus scan. When I used my computer today it booted fine I used it for a good 20 minutes and then the problem started again and now it happens every time I log into windows.
