windows explorer is not responding

i am using win 7 64bit but i have problem that in every 5 to 10min i my laptop is become stop and said "windows explorer is not responding" and get 3 option that is
restart program
close program
wait for solve program itself \
so what is exact problem/?

Open Elevated CMD --> sfc /scannow
