Windows Explorer Not Responding When Save or Download. Details Here

When i try to save or save as files, mostly microsoft office, or when download from internet via browser (FF, Chrome, IE) I get "Not responding" for at least 30-40 sec.
MY pc details:
DELL, XPS, 64 bit
Windows 7 Professional

I did already (read many forums thread on subject)
1. Started in Safe Mode + Safe mode with network : No problem there, all works fine
2. In Event Viewer shows many ERRORs

Welcome to the Sevenforums.

As you have already isolated it is not a browser issue and this occurs with MS Word files only. You should try re-installing MS Office using the supplied disk and this should help resolve this issue.
