Solved Windows explorer - remove "File, Edit... " strip

Hi,
I've accidently somehow added extra strip to my windows broswer, and I can't get rid of it. It has "File", "Edit", "View", "Tools", "Help" bookmarks. I've attached the image.
How do I remove it?

This would be the "Menu bar". You can use one of the steps in OPTION ONE in the tutorial below to turn it off.
