Open up Paint.exe and paste it in there . Save the file and upload it .

This window opens up every time you get to your Desktop ?

Most times, even if i drop it down to bar below it just pops right back up. Sometimes more than one will pop up over each other. Not often but while i am doing something it will become the top screen and i click on the screen that i am working on then it pops up over me again, sometimes 5 or more times in a row...very aggrivating

it's an all command line utility, so dont be afraid when a dos box pops up

click on it, extract it to a folder, then run VipreRescueScanner.exe.
Continue listening to VistaKing, i'm sure he'll figure it out
