I'm noticing SpeedAnalysis . Which is adware .

Can you run Adwcleaner and click on the Search button and upload the log

This folder popped up on my desktop couple of days ago and i don't know how it got there. I took a shot of it to show you, is it nothing?

It shows up as a folder, this is what i get when i opened it and clicked on the one item to see what it was.

Do you get the error message on all of the folders or just the Start Menu folder ?

Can you go to control Panel click on Programs and Features or Uninstall Software and see if you see SpeedAnalysis listed if you do Uninstall it .

Not to add to it, 3 screen shots, 1 is desktop, notice 2 light shaded files, there new. i put up a screen shot of both.

i checked, App data--cookies--local settings--my docu--net hood--print hood--send to--templates all give the same message.
NTUser says it is used by another program

Open SystemLook . Input the following

:regfind
SpeedAnalysis

:folderfind
SpeedAnalysis

:filefind
SpeedAnalysis

Click on the Look Button . Upload the log .

Can you right click on SpeedAnalysis select properties click shortcut see what the target says

Also take a look inside your browser add ons sections and extensions(chrome) if you see see any SpeedAnalysis stuff click delete or Remove

Yes the icon file is there right click on the file select Properties select the Shortcut tab and let me know what the target says .
