Windows Firewall settings

Checked my advanced FW settings yesterday. Noticed GeekBuddy enabled which i dont need now, and Java which i use occasionally. Can i just delete the Geekbuddy entries? I dont understand what the other entries are that are enabled.

Is there any default windows settings you can use or is this stuff not the important?
