Your Nvidia driver was the cause

1. Uninstall the driver, then use driver sweeper to remove leftover Nvidia display driver fileshttp://phyxion.net/Driver-Sweeper/Driver-Sweeper/Version-2-8-5/
http://phyxion.net/Driver-Sweeper/Driver-Sweeper/Version-2-9-0/
Then install the latest drivers
http://www.nvidia.com/object/win7-wi...ql-driver.html

2. Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
You can use MagicDisc as an alternative.
Code:
[COLOR=Red][B]sptd.sys  [/B][/COLOR]      fffff880`01001000    fffff880`01127000    0x00126000    0x4ad24632    12/10/2009 00:55:14
3. Remove Asus PC Probe, the driver it uses is outdated
Code:
AsIO.sys        fffff880`014b4000    fffff880`014bb000    0x00007000    0x47663d55    [COLOR=Red][B]17/12/2007[/B][/COLOR] 13:11:49
4. Remove any Zone Alarm software

Code:
BugCheck 7F, {8, 80050031, 6f8, fffff88004bb42c1}
